The Smell of The Kill

March 3, 2011
Twist and Shout
Hawkeye Community Theatre opens its season with the Dinner Theatre production of "The Smell Of The Kill" written by Michele Lowe. The play, produced by special arrangement with the Dramatic Publishing Company of Woodstock, Illinois, is a dark comedy about three wives, Nicky, Debra and Molly, their ne'er-do-well husbands, Jay, Marty and Danny.

At one of their monthly dinners a dilemma affords the women the opportunity to make life changing decisions. You won't want to miss this devilishly wicked comedy and men, it might be smart to be there.

The show runs March 10th, 11th, 12th and 17th, 18th and 19th. Tickets are $15 for just the show and may be purchased at the door. The dinner and show tickets sell for $33 and require a reservation. Call the theater at 515-576-6061 to make your reservations. The meal, served at 6:30 pm, is catered by Tea Thyme at Sadies with the show starting at 8:00 pm.
